Clause [13] of the Privacy Protection Law determines that:

[b] The data base owner will allow study of the information according to the request of persons mentioned in clause [a].
Clause [14] of the Privacy Protection Law determined that:

[a] A person who studied the information about them and found that it is not correct, complete, clear or not updated, is allowed to refer to the data base owner, and can respond to the data base owner with a request to amend or erase the information.”
[b] The data base who owner agrees to fulfill a request as noted in clause [a] will make the necessary changes in the information at his disposal and notify anyone who has received the information during the period defined in the regulations.
[c] A data base owner refusing to fulfill the request made according to clause [a] must notify the applicant, in the manner and method defined in the regulations.

Clause [15] of the Privacy protection Law determines that “upon refusal by the data base owner to permit study as noted in Clause [13] or clause [13][a], and on the notice of refusal as noted in Clause [14][c], the information applicant can appeal to the US Magistrate’s Court in the manner and means determined in the regulations”.

salebuy.us , for its part, makes and will continue to make all efforts so that you may surf and use the site regularly and often, but it does not guarantee that there may not be glitches, problems or interference as part of, and related to, the operation of the site and these accompanying operations.

[*] Legal Jurisdiction and Jurisdictional Authority

It is hereby agreed that the Magistrate’s Court, will be the exclusive jurisdictional authority with regard to these Terms of Use and their derivatives and/or pertaining to them.  These Terms of Use are under the laws of the US and according solely to them.

[*] Terms of Use in the Personals category

* Married persons are prohibited from using the personals category.
* The use of the personals category is open solely to adult and mature users 18 years of age and older, and the use of the category by persons under age 18 is prohibited.

* salebuy.us reserves the right to report any infractions of the instructions of this rule to the law enforcement authorities and place, as needed, personal information about the users acting contrary to the terms, or who have harmed other users or broken any law, at the disposal of third parties.

[*] User declarations and commitments in the Personals category

* I understand that the use of the personals category is solely for the purpose of my personally meeting people.

* I hereby declare that all the details and content that I provided during the registration process in the personals category are true and accurate [date of birth, gender, e-mail, place of residence and the rest of the details], and that I will behave this way with the network of contacts I hope to make in the framework of the personals category.  In any case, the responsibility for the content entered or entered by myself in the site is mine alone, and I am hereby obligated to bear any damages, if caused, to any of the site users due to inaccuracies in those contents.

* I am hereby obligated not to send any material to the site that includes viruses and/or spam, computer programs and materials in it that could damage the site and or its users, that I will not commit and not allow the commission of any transgression of the instructions of the Computers Law, 1995.

* It is clear to me that the contents and pictures given by me for posting on the site must be free of any sexual deviation, pornographic messages and nudity.
